A little about me. I have been crafting for about 10 years. I started with jewelry making and that got to be too much for me and I decided to give it up.
I started the cardmaking journey when my daughter was pregnant and coming to visit. I decided to throw a shower for her. I was determined to make the invitations and thank you cards for her. This started my card-making journey. I stumbled upon Stampin’ Up! and dove head first into that world.
After about seven years I decided to leave Stampin’ Up! I do love their products and cohesiveness but I wanted to play with other products. So I am no longer a demonstrator but I am still crafting a variety of other products.
I started another journey and decided to educate myself a little more in the card-making world and enrolled in the Altenew Certified Educator Program. I am happy to say that I am now a Certified Altenew Educator.
Here you will find more than just Altenew, Pink Fresh Studios, Obsession Impression, and sometimes a Stampin’ Up! product in the mix. I will not use anything I do not love. I promise.
I had a heart transplant in 1994 after battling a congenital heart defect since birth. My heart came from a wonderful young lady in Fort Worth, Texas, may Diana rest in peace. Here is a picture of Diana.
You can read a little about me meeting my donor family for the first time in Fort Worth, TX in LifeGift’s newsletter or another news article in the Southbend Tribune news article.
Happy Craftin’.
