The group of ladies from Fleur de lis Friends that I belong to got together and we each bought some of the Designer Series Paper (DSP). We got together and created swap books so that each Demonstrator could have a bit of every DSP. Check them out. I love it so this way all my customers can see before they buy. I am one of those people who would like to see before I buy. Paper especially.
For these, we cut them at 3 inches wide and Starting at 6 inches long decreasing the length by 1/4 for each different cardstock. The packs that had more or less than the average 12 sheets we decreased length by 1/8. We cut the back 3×7 and folded it over and added brads.
I also do card swaps with the Creative Card Swapping group I belong. This month it was of Thinking of you cards. This is what I created the Soft Sky Vintage Trees cards for. So check out what the group did these are just awesome.
As I mentioned Linda’s card got me playing with my scraps of paper to test some different techniques. I added Gold glitter to my gold embossing powder and BAM bling. I can not wait to show you what I did it on. Cards are not complete for this post, but I will be working on it. I also played a bit with the iridescent ice on my Lost Lagoon paper. WOW! The snowflakes look awesome. Check them out.
I will definitely have to do something with this. I am a nut for snowflakes. The sparkly the better. I miss being in the north seeing the snow. I have never driven in it so I am not sure I would be too happy about that but hey it is pretty.
