Christmas in July week Four

Welcome back to the 4th set of cards we are working on for July. I choose to use only stamp sets that are returning in the Annual catalog. Next week I will do something from the new Mini Catalog; if I can purchase some items from the new catalog in time to do a post for you. I am not positive that will happen for several reasons. I will be working on Quarterly most of this month, and items may not have arrived at Stampin’ Up! in enough time for the catalog launch. (this happened for the last two catalog launches) Anyway, I decided we would have fun with what we had.

 

Today’s cards are all about the Banner Year stamp set. I also used the Triple Banner Punch bundled with this stamp set as well when it came out.

 

 

The Cards

The first one, I took a piece of DSP from the Classic Christmas (retired) and cut a little slice in the side of it long enough for my sentiment to show through.

 

 

Card Two

For this one, I took some scraps left over and punched the ends with the Triple Banner Punch. Layered them with dimentionals.

 

 

I loved these cards and how simple they were to make. This set has many other perfect greetings and other little stamps for holidays that it definitely works for the whole year!
