Now on for today’s weekly project.
Which I have been quite lacking in these past few weeks. I just have not gotten into a groove. I am still adjusting to my husbands new schedule and I am still not liking it one bit. I know that is not an excuse but Desperate Housewives series on Hulu has been calling my name more than my craft room has. I do apologies and hope to do better. I do have several things created to blog about getting me motivated to blog is another story all together. LOL
My hubby’s Aunt called and told me that his Granny is moving to her own apartment and wanted to see if I could do some change of address cards for her. Well you know me I always love to help out when I can. I loved the challenge and just had the perfect reason to use this stamp. I was excited because I have not had a chance to use it as of yet.
Here is the stamp set Beautiful ride. Lots of little sayings and accent pieces to go with it.
I made 20 cards for her. I thought she would like the blue
But she wanted Pink instead…
I am in love the the Timeless Textures Stamp set. Makes any piece of plain paper into something wonderful. I did the envelopes to go with the cards too. Check out what is in the set below.

I stamped a bunch of cars on my cardstock and then used my aqua painter and used a darker color. For the blue one I used Soft Sky and Marina Mist. The pink I used Pink Pirouette and Blushing bride. Then I just sat and cut till my little heart out. I also stamped the little suit cases and colored them with the Sahara Sand stamp and write marker.
Granny is going to love these!!

All profits on orders in April will be helping my best friend who flooded during the Floods in March. She did not have water in her house, but it got up under house so that all insulation, air ducts, and wiring will have to be replaced. She also lost all the fencing for her horses and dogs. All the feed and hay for the 4 horses and one mini. She lost the stuff in gardening shed, tack shed and her husbands band shed.
One of her horses a mini barley escaped with her life during these floods, If it had not been for her neighbors sweet Lily would not be with us. She was trapped between raging waters and a fence when the neighbor cut the fence so he could pull her out and get her head out of the water. Lily was found the next day in the woods on higher ground.
