So last Saturday I showed you how to use the Blooming Heart Thinlit. So as I promised I would share my creation with you. I did see this on Pintrest but I easily fell in love with it. One of my favorite colors and of course my favorite shape too, a heart! If you did not get to see the prior post you can check it out here.
I put friend on the front because who does not have that favorite girlfriend that just needs to be reminded she is wonderful. I love the way the Happy Hearts Embossing folder plays on the lacy heart from the Blooming Heart Thinlit. Just a perfect fit.
Check out how I added stickles to the card to give it just a bit of sparkle.
On the inside I used an oval punch to cut out the My Valentine and also punched out some Real Red Cardstock to put behind it.
For this card you will need the following:
Cardstock/Inks
- Whisper White Cardstock
- Real Red Cardstock
- Real Red Classic Ink Pad
Stamps/Tools
- Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details
- Big Shot
- Happy Hearts Embossing Folder
- Bloomin Heart Thinlits
- Bloomin Love Stamp Set
- Fine tip Glue Pen
- Stampin’ Up! Trimmer
- Oval Punch

Amy, the cards are beautiful. I love the balloon birthday card. Simple and sweet and just right. I will be finishing my valentine cards and love those too. Love the What I love set but haven’t tried it yet. It seems it would be for many occasions. Can’t wait to try it. All Beautiful Cards
