Bokeh Technique this is stunning, awesome and if you make enough of the background a simple surprise background for any card or scrap book page.
I followed Diana’s technique on her video. This technique is a little time consuming but well worth the effort. I did find that if you do tape down your watercolor paper it tends to bubble in the middle causing the water to really spread off on the sides. To keep this from happening I did not use the tape but instead after I wet my paper I held my finger in the middle till the paper was completely soaked with ink and water. Check out this picture of a piece before it dried. I just love the “starburst” of color the ink made when it landed on the paper.
Once dried you use the punches to make a template. Take the template to create the bubbles with the Craft Whisper White craft ink and a dauber. Make sure you overlap some of the circles to give it a three dimensional feel.

Marilyn I just did an quick class on how to do it Friday. The ladies loved how varied they can be even when you have the same colors. It all depends on the amount of water you use.
