So, I choose to do another retiring stamp for you today. Breathtaking Bouquet is a lovely background stamp good enough even to be the star of the card. I am using it as a background here. This stamp gives my card the texture and interest with minimal effort on my part. I just love the simple stamping techniques when then turn out so stunning. I have many birthdays coming up, so I thought that maybe I had better make some random cards. I will surely miss the Breathtaking Bouquet background stamp. I do not feel I got enough time with this one.
The Card
Measurements
- Base – Rich Razzleberry 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches, scored at 4 1/4 inches
- Second Layer – Crumb Cake 4 x 5 1/4 – embossed with white embossing powder and Breathtaking Bouquet stamp
- Third Layer – Whisper White – 2 3/4 x 4 inches – stamped with Bloom and Grow Flowers in Momento Black, Stamped Happy Birthday from Here’s a card in Early Espresso. I then colored my flowers with my blends markers and cut out halfway using the Budding Blooms Dies.
- The Inside of the card is stamped and colored as well with the Bloom and Grow stamps on Whisper White cardstock 4 x 5 1/4 inches.
