Hello beautiful crafty people! Today I will show you the other cards I created with the Gina K Autumn Splendor kit. You can now get some of these items without purchasing the entire kit. This will hopefully get you in the mood for Autumn.
Check out the first of my four cards.
This one was very fun to do. I did not get the image I set out to get but I love it just the same. Postage rectangle dies with a stitched border around my clear embossed leaf from the Autumn Doodle stamp set. I then rubbed Black Soot Distressed Oxide with a blender brush around the edges of the cut image. I also then rubbed the wax around the edges and the embossed image. Place all this on top of a cardstock that matches with some foam tape.
I created another one using a shade of green cardstock that I had. I love the way the black soot ink makes it darker but does not take away the color so much. What a fabulous trick to the eye.
Next up are the Delightful Stencils that came in the Autumn Splendor kit.
I am stoked about the stencils in this kit. They make my heart sing. They are also very user-friendly.
I created these with the ink colors that were in the kit. Orchid and Lilac in light, medium, and dark shades. My leaves were done with random colors of greens that I had on hand. Honestly, I do not remember which ones I used. I have some distressed oxide for one and Stampin Up ink for the other.
I loved the way the Gina K ink colors cover the patterned paper flawlessly.
