Dragonfly Garden a perfect stamp set to go with this month’s theme. Welcome to NC Blog Hop for March. Where it is all about the “scenery.” We have so many sets, bundles, and dies that work so well to create scenes that are works of art. I am sure you saw something just as wonderful from Gina’s blog. Now let me show you a scene that I came up with after watching a watercolor technique with the Old Delicate Lace stamps that were in Salebration several years ago. I loved how it was done and so I decided to try it out myself.
Here is my Lace card…
The Card
My inside I used a now retired Salebration Heal your Heart. It has perfect sentiments for a loss. I was going to put the sentiment on the front on vellum but I just did not like how it looked and opted to just leave it be and put the entire sentiment on the inside. “So sorry for your loss, Wishing I could heal your heart.”
I sent this card to a very dear friend who lost her daughter a few weeks back. It was very sad she was so young. I am keeping a stockpile to send her every so often just to let her know she is being lifted up in prayer.
I hope you follow along to Jo Anne’s blog next I am sure she will have something just as amazing for you. Happy blog hopping.

Amy – Your card is really beautiful! I love that you chose to put your sentiment on the inside. The design on the front really stands on its own. I’m sure your friend truly appreciated your thoughtfulness after her loss.
