Hi Crafty friends, I hope everyone is having a beautiful start to the new year. This is my final class for the level 3 Altenew AECP. Next will be a workshop!! Details are to come once I am handed the assignment.
Today’s card is about Elements of Floral Composition. This class is a must!! Thanks, Erum for suggesting it to me. I wish I would have taken it sooner during this journey.
Jaycee explains several techniques in this class. For my card, I decided to show you two techniques from the Elements of Floral Composition, the art of thirds and a bit of Line Art.
You can see in the picture below how I used the art of thirds to align my flowers and sentiment to be pleasing to the eye.

The line art is with different lines in varying weights to show shadowing. This makes for a wonderful monochromatic card. You can see how I stamped the images and used a black marker to create deeper lines and shadowing in the corners where the lines meet on the image.
I hope you enjoyed the simplicity of this card.
