I am in love with the Frosted Medallion stamp. It works wonderfully with Emboss resist technique. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this (yes I know I said that already). This screams winter to me. I am from Ohio and I miss the winter snow. This reminds me of home. One of these I got the idea from Pink Stamper. The other from Juana on her site. These ladies have beautiful ideas. Check them out.
This one below I did with a technique I learned when I first started stampin from my friend and upline Lori. She taught me that you first place your stamp in Versamark then into color of your choice. Then sprinkle your iridescent ice embossing powder (or clear) and heat.
Base Pool Party 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 folded in half, 2nd Layer is Pink Pirouette 4 x 5 1/4, 3rd Layer is Whisper White 5 x 3 3/4. I stamped the Frosted Medallion Stamp with Pool Party ink and Versamark then embossed with iridescent ice powder (retired). I used the Flourishes dies to create the embellishment and the Decorative label punch with Embellished Ornaments Stamp Set for the sentiment stamped in Bermuda Bay. I think when I do recreate this card I am going to distress or ink up the Decorative Label Punch with the sentiment.
