Happy Congratulations Stamp Set Birthday Card

I just love the Happy Congratulations stamp set. I found it a little difficult to stamp the balls into place but they look wonderful, even if they are just a little off. I combined it with Decorative Dots Embossing folder, a freebie that you get with the SALE-A-BRATION going on now. I love the happy colors I choose too. I need to get some of the stamp sets that I used here for myself I just love the colors. I hope you enjoy.
