Hello Crafters, welcome to The NC Demos blog hop for May.
Let me kick it off for you. I do hope you enjoy the blog hop, we felt the need to show you items that will be leaving Stampin’ Up! in June. So I sat and looked at all the stamps that will retire that I own. Each time this happens as a demonstrator, it is so sad and bittersweet. Makes you go back and check them out again. Sometimes I wonder why I even purchased in the first place, other times you sit back and think why did I not play with that more. Well, today, I am sharing some of the favorites that I combined.
My Honey Bee set I have not gotten to play with it much since it went on backorder quickly. I just love this little guy. Putting him on about any nature card is perfect. Sadly he will retire at the end of this month. The Painted Harvest is a fall set that carried over for a good reason from the last holiday catalog (2017). I am not sure why I did not bring it out more. The combination of color to use with this set makes for some stunning flowers.
So for today, I will share a card I made with both of these sets. I chose my favorite color combination on the Painted Harvest flower and was going to strictly black and white; I just couldn’t do it. I added Daffodil Delight to the card as well. Check it out.

Hi Amy, super cute card! Painted Harvest was one of my stand-by favorites as well and I fell in love with the Bee. So sad to see them both leaving!

I would never have thought to put those 2 sets together but it works so nicely! I used the Painted Harvest stamp set and Leaf Punch too. They will certainly be missed by me. I love your card.
