My Scalloped The Tag Topper Punch set is Love to a stamper. I like to combine them with the Happy Congratulations Stamp set. I love them and am so happy with these stamps and punches and the versatility of them. There is just so much you can do with them!

I just had to create some congratulations cards for the wonderful parents. I also wanted to include something that could be a memento for the parents to keep. The tag is removable and can be used as either a book mark or an entry in a baby book.
