I got the Brick wall embossing folder a few months back and I had not pulled it out to check it out until recently. Check out this card. I got the brick idea from a card that was made using the Thoughtful Branches. So I did the same thing here for the bricks. I embossed the bricks on Crumb Cake cardstock and used Whisper White Craft ink spread over on top of that to give it an aged look. I then rubbed early espresso ink around the edges with a sponge dauber. Check it out.
I also used the Timeless Textures grunge stamp with Night of Navy and Tangelo Twist (retired) inks. Doesn’t it look awesome with the Brick Wall? The Happy Birthday is from Watercolor Words Stamp set. I did a little distressing on the early espresso cardstock that is under the car from the Good Guy Greetings stamp set. This was stamped in Night of Navy as well.
On the inside I carried over the grunge look.
