I know today’s post I had promised what I made a Crop Celebration but I am having trouble getting decent pictures. I also wanted to get my class card out for everyone to see what we will be working on. Hope you understand and enjoy today’s post.
This Moon Lake Father’s Day card will be one of the cards at this months Pelican Park Class June 12th at 10 am. I do hope to see you there. If you have not registered please check out Pelican’s Website so you can registrar. Classes fill up fast and the best part is they are free to you.
I made this card with the inspiration from several different bloggers idea’s in mind. I loved the Saran wrap method to do the background from Michelle Zindedorff and ideas for coloring around the boat and tree from pintrest (I would not be able to tell you who exactly did this because I have seen several versions from several folks out there).
Almost all of the supplies on this cards has not been retired except the Marina Mist Chevron Ribbon. You could change this to the Organza 5/8 inch ribbons in white and you can color it any color you want to with your ink pads. I will also teach you to do an envelope to go with this card since it is a bit bigger than your normal handmade card.
For this cards you will need the following:

- Basic Black Cardstock
- Whisper White Cardstock
- Soft Sky Cardstock (inside)
- Moon Lake Stamp Set
- Carzy About You Stamp Set
- Lovely Amazing you (inside)

I also want to let you know the “Blog Candy” is still on for every comment you make you will be entered into a drawing. I have had fun reading some of the comments. I do have to say that the “Blog Candy” contest is for US residents only as I am a Demonstrator for Stampin’ Up! and that prevents me from sending out to anything but the US. I do apologize and hope you understand. Winner will be announced first week in July.
Thanks for stopping by Happy Craftin,
