I am so sorry I have not posted last week these beauties are part of the reason I have been missing. I got my new cricut explore in and found a template to make my newest obsession Explosion boxes
I have been spending time with it and enjoying Mother’s Day with some friends. This first one is an explosion of hearts I gave to the nurse I work with for Nurses Week. The bottom card is a mailbox heart card I made for my best friend. She used to be a mail carrier till she retired a few years ago. She just loves them.
You will need
- Cricut for cut outs I got the SVG file from svgcuts.com
- Stampin’ Up! papers Pink Pirouette, Wisteria Wonder, Rich Razzleberry Coordinations (retired you can find it on clearance rack)
- Left over Glitter paper and some blue paper of our choice. I used a scrap from some that I found at a store closing.
Cut everything from the file and assemble with some fast fuse. That is it. So beautiful.
This one you need the following
- Cricut and SVG file from svgcuts.com
- Stampin’Up! papers Tempting Turquoise Coordinations, Rich Razzleberry Coordinations, and whisper white cardstock.
- Also got some other random paper I believe this one may be blue bunny paper.
Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think about these boxes made with a cricut. I am in love. Remember every time you leave a comment on the blog you are entered into a drawing for some blog candy. Drawing will be in July. Should you need something to complete this project please check my store at the link below. Also the weekly deals change every Tuesday so check them out.

Love the masculine card and your explosion boxes. Unfortunately I don’t have a cricut so I will do this the old fashion way … with scissors and craft knife. Ha. Ha.
