Hello, fellow crafters! Welcome to the NC Blog Hop for March 2020. 2018-2020 In colors will be retiring soon. So the group wanted to share some of the colors that we love that will no longer be available. Once they are gone they will be gone.

I have chosen to do Blueberry Bushel for you here. I actually did all the colors like this for a few thank you cards to send out to those that have helped me with the selling of my home in Louisiana. You know they say it takes a village … haha I just realized that was a huge pun especially since the neighborhood was called “The Village.” I happened to love my little village in The Village. They are great people. The new owner whom my old neighbor actually knows… haha small world, is one lucky lady. You can check out all the different colors in another post here.
The Card
This card is so simple with one of the new add on’s for Salebration. I used the Flowering foils DSP for my focal point. I simply used some aqua painters and a touch of the ink from the top of your ink pad. I colored only the flowers and berries on this.
Base – Blueberry Bushel 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4.
DSP – Flowering Foils 5 1/4 x 4 landscaped and colored with Blueberry Bushel and an aqua painter
Sentiment Blueberry Bushel and whisper white cut with So Sentimental bundle

In other news, the Craftin Cottage is just about up and running. We still have small things to do, but I put up a FB live feed with a bit of the new Cottage view. You can check it out here.
I have gotten to do a little bit more in recent days. Although with the Coronavirus going on it has been hard with the kids here all of the time. Very nerve-wracking for me being immunosuppressed. Stampin’ Up! has canceled all of the person to person live venue meetings. This suits me fine. We are planning a quarterly meeting in Henderson, NC in June. Only time will tell if we will be able to still do this.
