So are you ready for Christmas yet? I know I am never really ready. Parties to go to and lots of people to see. Will the fun never end? Friday I have two parties to go to, one for work and the other with family.
My Northern Flurry Christmas Card is perfect for that quick simple card that looks like it has taken all day to make. I love this folder for winter theme projects. It just screams winter to me. I grew up in Ohio and I miss the snow and find that I am drawn to Snowflakes and Snowmen over the traditional Nutcracker and Santa statues and such. For me they just don’t say winter. I used this folder last year for Christmas too. I added Stickles to this project to give it a little more sparkle without having the larger rhinestones that tend to fall off when mailing them. You can not really see them in the photo but they add just touch of sparkle just under the sentiment and in the embossed snowflakes. I also used the sponge dauber on the snowflakes to make them stand out just a bit more. Here is how it came out.
Here is what you will need to create this beauty.
