Retiring and Cling stamps

If you are upset about your favorite stamp retiring don’t be afraid it may just be coming back as a Cling stamp. There has been some confusion about the stamps that are retiring. Such as the Forever Lovely stamp set. Yes, it is listed as a retiring stamp, however, it is coming back as a cling stamp when the original stamps sell out. So you may get a cling stamp if the original stamps sell out before the New Catalog goes live on June 4, 2019.
