So lately I have been feeling a little boxed in with my creativity so I decided to branch out a bit. Thank goodness for Pintrest!! I found out how to make Spinner Cards. I did some the same spinner cards from this tutorial but added some cooper to the mix. To add my own spin on things. These first two cards are very similar to the one I found on Splitcoaststampers. I love this tutorial because it gives you several different ways to make these spinner cards.
Stampin’ Up! also has a Framelit that you can use for it as well. It is called Sliding Star Framelits. This way you do not have to tape or measure to make sure you have your 3/8 space for your spinning item.
I colored these guys in with Chameleon Color Tones and Markers. Stampin’ Up! had some Blendables (alcohol markers) that they discontinued a few years back. I have been on the search for something that works just as well. These are a perfect fit for me. What is even nicer is I got to purchase them from a local store art supply store. So I put that money right back in my community.
These wonderful cards will be the Card Class on October 13th from 1-3 pm at Pelican Park. Contact the Leisure programs to sign up.
