Very Vintage Hostess set

Very Vintage Hostess Stamp set is Amazing! I know I just love all the texture stamp sets that Stampin’ Up! has had in the past such as Gorgeous Grunge which retired, and then there is Timeless Textures stamp set which is still available. These lend well to creating your own Designer Papers, which is something I just love to do. Here is the Very Vintage Stamp Set

I designed my background with the #CI34 Challange in mind. Here is the Challange:

 

 

I love the colors but always find it hard to use Gray in anything. To me, it is just so SAD. So here is what I came up with.

 

 

I used the Basic Gray as the base for this card. Then using the two of the other colors (Pool Pary and Daffodil Delight) by sponging them onto whisper white paper. I heat embossed in White on one and Calypso Coral on the other with the Very Vintage stamp set. I stamped and colored in the flowers onto a piece of white cardstock from the Share What You Love embellishment kit. The sentiment was stamped from the new Itty Bitty Greeting stamp set. I used Nuvo crystal drops copper penny metallic for the “brad.” I topped it off with a piece of retired Calypso Coral ribbon.
