Way to Goat!! What an adorable stamp set. Living out in the country we see lots of goats. I love their antics and the fact that they eat all the grass, sadly they eat much more than your grass. I guess that is why I have never gotten any here. My kids tell me that I can if I want to, I can even get a pig. Ya, I don’t think so. I will continue to enjoy them at someone else property.
This adorable stamp set can be used for anything but I think he is perfect for birthdays. The sentiments are fitting for some of the looks on these goats. The “but I ATE it” sentiment has me rolling on the floor. I also wish there was a sentiment that says dance like nobody is watching. Of course, we have that in the Beautiful You stamp set that is now retired. See what comes in the stamp set in the picture below.
I love this set so much. A dancing Goat, a sassy goat who rolls his eyes like my daughter and granddaughter, and one who eats stuff he is not supposed to. Ha!! My card for you today I am taking the goat who eats stuff.. like the flowers in my card and the goat who rolls his eyes to create this sassy little birthday card.
The Card
Slimline card measurements
- Whisper White Thick cardstock – 8 1/2 x 7 inches scored at 3 1/2 inches I used thick whisper white.
- Forever Greenery DSP – 3 1/4 x 8 1/4 inches.
- Scraps to stamp and cut out 2 to 3 goats and flowers.
- Punch out a Jar from the Jar Punch in Night of Navy Cardstock.
Check out the video I did for you below. Please excuse the audio when you see my face. The setting got changed on me and I did not notice. It was recorded live so there as no going back to fix it. The how-to portion is just fine though. The joys of being an amateur videographer. For those of you who share the video and or subscribe to my youtube channel, I will enter you into the drawing to get this card mailed to you.
When I made the card I decided to cut my Goat’s out using my Brother Scan and Cut to cut out a bunch of goats. I now have my own little farm of goats.
