Wild Peonies from Picket Fence

I love these Wild Peonies from Picket Fence. I took a class at Enchanted Cottage in Lewisville, NC, where we used this stamp set. I, of course, fell in love and purchased it.

While taking my Altenew classes, I learned some new techniques and tried them with this stamp.

 

 

I used Distress Oxide inks by Ranger for both the image and the background piece by blending them with blender brushes. On the stamped image after it was embossed with white embossing powder I added color with the blending brushes. Then the magic happens with a wet paintbrush or a water painter brush.
